		<description>Steve, I&#039;m in alignment with you and I&#039;ve blogged on this very subject.  I&#039;m still digesting this move by Comcast.

I think 250GB is a lot of bandwidth for most people.  I know many businesses that don&#039;t use that much bandwidth per month.  I don&#039;t have an issue with bandwidth capping as long as it is indexed against an inflationary scale.  250GB/mo is not going to be enough bandwidth in 5 years.
