This is a team presentation and education workshop about the Internet-as-a-platform and social media spaces. In this interactive and fun session, we examine why and how the internet has become a platform — upon which an API and applications layer has been delivered — as well as what’s driving social media, how it’s being used and what the opportunities are for you within both.

The outcome of this session is to ensure your people can “connect their own dots” since they (and you) know your business better than any outside consultant or agency ever could.

Once an assessment has been completed and key stakeholders have received an overview through the seminar, focused brainstorming (ideation) is facilitated to ensure that all possible ideas are captured, prioritized and assigned for followup to a specific individual or team.

This activity can be an organization-wide strategy creation (e.g., web applications, blogging, community forums, video, podcasting, etc., across your entire business) or can be as specific as a project or outcome-based strategy for a particular product direction or initiative.
