iPhone 2.0: You Should Probably Wait to Upgrade
Here’s some quick advice for all of you folks who want to upgrade to the iPhone 2.0 software, especially if you need a usable iPhone in the next few hours: WAIT!
Apple’s servers are clearly slammed (Me.com is virtually inaccessible) and after installing the 2.0 software and firmware, my phone couldn’t access the iTunes Store and has been rendered inoperable. Good thing I don’t need it right this minute and can retry in an hour or so.
A few others are having the same problem.

Connecting the Dots Podcast
Podcasting hit the mainstream in July of 2005 when Apple added podcast show support within iTunes. I'd seen this coming so started podcasting in May of 2005 and kept going until August of 2007. Unfortunately was never 'discovered' by national broadcasters, but made a delightfully large number of connections with people all over the world because of these shows.
